Agencies
Every agency in this environment. Search by name or document id — the id is what error reports and bundles identify an agency by.
Course Library
Every reusable course in this environment. Agency usage means an explicit source link; unlinked agency-authored courses are not guessed by matching their titles. Downloads are built locally and do not change the library; portable JSON uses placeholders instead of course images.
Referrals
The newest 100 partner and manual referrals, from invitation through account setup. Browsing, copying, and downloading are read-only. Cancel, resend, and archive each use a separate confirmation.

Agency templates
Every template in this environment, largest first. A template that still embeds course content sits near Firestore's 1 MB ceiling; opening and saving it rewrites it thin.
Error Reports
Diagnose recent browser, signer, and Cloud Function failures across the fleet. This portal view is read-only; use the full Reports tools for exports and status changes.
Support
Troubleshoot user access, prepare referrals, and export support information. Changes require a separate review and confirmation.
Login as user
Replace this browser's superadmin session with a target user's account for troubleshooting. You will leave this portal and enter the main portal with that user's permissions.
The switch is recorded with your admin identity and the target identity. After switching, actions run as the target account.
Create manual referral
Create a pending agency and a 30-day contract-onboarding link. An email is optional; without one, copy and share the link yourself.
The agency, onboarding link, and audit entry are created together by the server after a separate review and confirmation.
Training information export
Download a GPT-ready text export of the Course, Category, Role, Client Type, and Review Category libraries, including course content and role form mappings.
