Invite Support Worker to Training

Select one or more roles, then choose whether each role should start with initial or annual training.

Use annual when the support worker already completed initial or orientation training elsewhere and should start on recurring annual training for that role.
Backdating keeps the selected roles without assigning new initial training unless you add a completion date for a role. If you enter a date for a role, the system records completed training for the courses mapped to that role on the date you choose.
When enabled, use one optional completion date per selected role below. Leave a date blank for a role to skip auto-assigning initial training for that role only.

An invitation code and signup link will be generated. Share these with the support worker so they can sign up.

If a support worker was already invited and cannot find that email, share this agency-specific link so they can look up their existing invite by email and continue to signup.

Accepted file formats

Use headers in one of these formats. Blank or initial means initial training, annual means annual training, and backdate skips new assignments. Add a completion date column when backdating. Add supplemental training by name when a role has supplemental options.

Recommended CSV/Excel Structure

Required Columns:
  • Name - Use either "Name" (full name) OR "First Name" + "Last Name" columns
  • Client Types - See multiple client types format below
  • Intake Dates - See multiple client types format below. Each client type must have a corresponding intake date.
Optional Columns:
  • Phone Number - Client's phone number
  • Email - Client's email address
  • Address - Full address (street, city, state, ZIP)
  • Most Recent Visit - Date of most recent visit (format: YYYY-MM-DD)
  • Who Did Most Recent Visit - Name of support worker who performed the visit
  • Next Scheduled Visit - Date of next scheduled visit (format: YYYY-MM-DD)
Multiple Client Types Support

Clients can have multiple client types, each with its own intake date. Structure your data using one of these formats:

Option 1: Comma-Separated Format
Client Types: "Personal Care, Waiver Services"
Intake Dates: "2025-01-05, 2025-02-10"

Order matters: first type matches first date, second matches second, etc.

Option 2: Numbered Columns Format
Client Type 1 | Intake Date 1 | Client Type 2 | Intake Date 2
Personal Care | 2025-01-05 | Waiver Services | 2025-02-10

Use separate columns for each client type and its corresponding intake date.
