Training pathways
Assign initial and annual training based on role or service, track progress, send reminders, and keep completion history organized.
Care2Comply helps Minnesota providers assign support worker training, generate DHS-style 245D training records, document CFSS orientation and performance reviews, track client reviews, and see agency work that may need attention.
Work that may need follow-up across your agency.
Training completion matters, but so do the records, reviews, signatures, and follow-up that surround it. Care2Comply connects those pieces without forcing every agency into the same level of documentation.
Assign initial and annual training based on role or service, track progress, send reminders, and keep completion history organized.
Turn completed training into editable Orientation, Annual, or Complete Training Record drafts.
Keep orientation, participant-specific instruction, quarterly evaluations, and annual performance reviews connected to each worker.
Bring reviews, documents, workforce forms, and setup items that may need follow-up into one actionable overview.
Use ready-to-assign course groups for common Minnesota provider workflows, then add agency-specific material when your policies or individual service plans require it.
For support workers assigned to a 245D-designated role, Care2Comply can use training information already in the platform to prepare a DHS-style record draft. Review the populated fields, make any needed edits, and prepare the record for signature or download.

Agency orientation happens once per hire. Participant orientation belongs to each support worker–participant pairing. Quarterly evaluations belong inside client reviews, and the annual performance review remains its own attested record.
Document worker details, required orientation topics, dates, sources, agency-specific instruction, and supervising-professional attestation.
Create one record for each worker-participant pairing, including service-plan instruction, health-related tasks, and direct observation within 30 days.
Document support worker performance inside the client review using simple tracking, a standard evaluation, or a detailed supervisory review.
Review quarterly evaluation dates, concerns or complaints, how issues were addressed, and whether the training plan needs updates.

When enabled, the agency dashboard acts as an operational attention inbox. It groups qualifying work by area, explains why each item is present, and links administrators to the existing workflow where it can be handled.
